Chair Person & Assistant Chief: Timothy J. Wallace, Jackson, NJ. Member since 1997. Served as Acting Chief, President, Chairman, and 1st Assistant Chief of the Greater Philadelphia Search and Rescue Team. Serves as Canine Trainer Advisor, Canine Instructor, Instructor of Child Survival-Lost In The Woods and Hug-A-Tree Programs, Manager of Search Operations, and Incident Commander. Certified as a DCNR Field Team Leader, Universal First Aid, Pet First Aid, and Professional CPR/AED. Trained Spotter for the National Weather Service. Team Representative and Past Founding Trustee of the Search And Rescue Council of New Jersey since 1997. Alternative Team Representative of the Pennsylvania Search And Rescue Council. Occupation: Owner/Operator of Rahway Bus Co.

Chief: Mark Hopkins, Philadelphia, PA. Member since 1997. Actively involved in emergency services since the late 80’s Mark maintains certifications as a Firefighter, EMT, Search Manager, and Red Cross Disaster worker. With specialized certifications in Rope Rescue and Search Management combined with a B.B.A. from Temple University Mark is able handle the management of a team during times of disaster or day to day operations. Occupation: Corporate Operations Manager.  Training certificates in DCNR Field Team Member, SAR Tech.III, Pet First Aid, Standard First Aid, Adult and Child CPR, AED and Blood Borne Pathogens, Water Rescue & Ice Rescue Emergency Response and FEMA Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training. FEMA ICS-100,200,300,400,700,800 40 Hour Certificate in Wilderness Search and Rescue Management (MSO), FTM, FTL and more.

President, Rank of Lieutenant and Board Member: Eric R. Neff, Location, Member since 2008  Active Canine Handler with AMPWDA Level II Mantrailing Certification and CGC. Training certificates in DCNR Field Team Member, SAR Tech.III, Pet First Aid, Standard First Aid, Adult and Child CPR, AED and Blood Borne Pathogens. 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Worker Training, Confined Space Entry Permit, Hazardous Materials Awareness, Water Rescue & Ice Rescue Emergency Response and FEMA Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training. FEMA ICS-100,200,300,400,700,800 40 Hour Certificate in Wilderness Search and Rescue Management (MSO). An avid outdoor enthusiast with many years spent on land and water in all types of weather conditions, a demanding carrier in a fast paced ever changing manufacturing environment,  an affection for handling dogs and availability to give back to the community made for a natural transition into search and rescue. BS degrees in both Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering with over 25 years experience in Production Supervision/Management and Manufacturing Operations.
